On my way to NYCC

So, I’m headed to the Big Apple for the New York Comic Con and Anime Festival. This is my first trip to NYC and I’m looking forward to seeing some of the sights. I spent an hour at A+ Comics in Lexington after work just looking for stuff to take and have signed.

I’m really looking forward to meeting Jim Valentino. I have #1 issues from both the original and the new Shadowhawk series (The new one is written by my good friend Dan Wickline. See the sidebar and download the podcast.). I also hope to meet Ben Templesmith and Todd McFarlane.

One of my purposes in attending is to meet contacts with the major publishers so that I can get access to new people to interview on the show. If I get enough interest, I will increase the frequency of the radio show.

Don’t forget to check out the new Facebook page and give us a “Like”.
