Walking the Floor at BEA

So many exhibitors, so little time! Unique bags, free books, and great gift ideas made me feel like the proverbial kid in the candy store!

One of my favorite items was offered at the Andrews McMeel booth. Pocket sized books filled with puzzles and games based on Shakespeare, Jane Austin, and more. The traditional crossword, Sudoku, and hangman games were also available for the game lover on the go. These Pocket Posh puzzle and game books would make a great gift for any occasion.

There were booths that offered stationary, children’s games, novelties, and of course, books! I saw many smiles pass me by and the floor was all a buzz with talk of meeting favorite authors, and finding new adventures, romance, thrills, and faraway places that don’t really exist; all waiting between the covers of soon to be favorite books.

I wish I could have visited each booth, but time would not allow the opportunity.  BEA 2011 exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to attending next year.
