More Rizzoli and Isles from Author Tess Gerritsen

A new book deal was just completed that will leave fans of author Tess Gerritsen cheering. The thriller writer has been contracted by Ballantine Bantam Dell to publish two more books in her bestselling Rizzoli & Isles series. As part of the deal, Gerritsen will also be penning an eBook tentatively titled, “John Doe”.

The Rizzoli & Isles TV series on the TNT network has also been renewed for a fourth season. The books and television series follow homocide detective Jane Rizzoli and forensics pathologist Dr. Maura Isles.

Gerritsen is also the author of numerous other books that are not part of this series. Her book Silent Girl is a Nero Award finalist for 2012. Release dates have not been issued.
